Production Process
- First, peel the wood. Using wood as raw material, the quality of paper is better.
- 1. Put the wood for papermaking into a special roller to remove the bark.
- 2. After cutting, put the peeled wood into the cutter and cut it into small wood chips one by one.
- 3. Then boil a small piece of wood chips and put a small piece of wood chips into the steamer.
- 4. Then wash the pulp with a lot of clean water, and remove the rough pieces, knots, stones and sand of the pulp by screening and purification.
- 5. According to the paper requirements of computer printing paper, rinse the pulp with bleach to the desired whiteness, and then use pulping equipment to make pulp. Put the pulp into the printer. At this stage, the pulp removes some water and becomes a wet pulp belt, in which the fibers are gently pressed down by the roller.
- 6. Water squeeze.
- 7. Iron or dry.
- 8. After cutting, put the paper into the machine and cut it into the standard size of computer printing paper.
